Do my reviews depend on an external service?
No. Reviews are stored as native WooCommerce reviews in your own database, and review reminders are sent from your own server with
wp_mail or your SMTP. The plugin only contacts Freemius for license validation and updates — never with your reviews or your customers' data.I'm moving from Judge.me or CusRev — can I keep my reviews?
Yes. Import your existing reviews from a CSV export in one step — they are matched to your products by SKU, ID or product name. Switching never means losing your review history, and you can export everything back to CSV anytime.
Is there a monthly limit on review reminders?
No. Reminders are sent from your own server through Action Scheduler (bundled with WooCommerce), so there is no monthly cap on invitations like the cloud-metered plugins impose.
What is geo-aware consent?
A configurable consent mode that requires the explicit opt-in only where the law demands it — the EU and the UK — and skips it where it does not, such as Chile and Latin America. A mandatory global opt-in can cut review volume drastically; geo-aware consent keeps you compliant without that cost.
Will it work with Bricks, Elementor, Divi or a block theme?
Yes. Reviews render through WooCommerce hooks, and you can also place them with a shortcode, a Gutenberg block or native Bricks / Elementor / Divi widgets. A style panel adapts the card style and colors to your theme. The plugin is hook-based and never silently overrides your WooCommerce templates.
Will it slow down my store?
No. Assets load conditionally — only on the pages that actually show reviews — so they never block the rendering of the rest of your store.
